I've been training with Troy for several months now and only have positive things to say about my experience so far. I could tell from my first session that Troy knows what he's doing and is committed to getting the best out of his client's. A true professional! I really enjoy the functional elements of the workouts; kettlebells, tyre flipping, sled pushing, battle ropes etc. But in saying that, no two sessions are ever the same and there is a plenty of variety when it comes to exercises. If you're interested in improving your general health and fitness or need help training for a specific goal, I highly recommend giving Functional Fitness a go!
